Faith, Where does it come from
Is it our job to conjure up faith? This has been a concept that has taken me 30+ years to even start to grasp. Have you ever heard someone say something to the effect of God didn’t answer your prayer because you didn’t have enough faith? Have you ever been told you need to go out and get faith go dig for your breakthrough?
Did you get your salvation that way? Most of you should say no to this. (If you said yes contact me you may have some other issus to work out). Of course not! Salvation is a gift! The same with faith. This is actually fairly new to me. I came from the charismatic faith camp where we worked to get faith.
My faith does not define God, his faith defines me, his faith is flawless and perfect. Hey I would rather choose what his faith declares than mine.

Did God ever raise you up for such a time as this!! I am in the midst of that season of saying no to the wrong mindsets that I have allowed to strong arm against the truth and knowledge of God. I and too many others have been listening to far too many “spiritual leaders” on the public platform and their advise and reasoning as to why God may not answer prayers or meet the needs of His people. Not too often is it advised to “Stand Still and see the Salvation of The Lord!” The plain and simple version today – rest easy in His presence and love. I told my good friend, Crystal the other day that I am so exhausted from the faith messages, the forgiveness messages, the giving messages, the sewing messages, the favor messages, the right balance messages, the never ending messages of all the things that we must check within ourselves, repent for and fix before we see the manifestation of God’s goodness and mercy in our life. Listening to all of that, I have been successful in stagnation and for putting the devil into hibernation instead of out of business! You are a blessing, please keep your words of encouragement coming, the public platform needs it at such a time as this!!!
