Quick Question
Question:
What version of the Bible do you use/prefer?
About Ben Kilen
I am a average guy father of 4. I don't claim any super powers or amazing talents. I do have a double jointed thumb and I have always hoped it would bring me wealth and fame but so far it hasn't. I am an eclectic music lover as long and by music current day main stream rap does not qualify as music. Anything that has one to two sentences hammered over and over with no melody or excessive auto tune does not qualify.4 responses to “Quick Question”

I use many different translation. I enjoy my parallel bible with NASB and AMP next to each other for detailed, and accurate study. I also really enjoy the J.B. Phillips translation, the Kenneth Wuest translation (perhaps the most accurate translation I own), the message bible, and the New English Bible. A few rare and unfinished translations that I enjoy are the “St. Paul from the Trenches translation”, and the “cotton patch verse”. Probably st. paul from the trenches more. I collect translations, and have many to choose from so the ones listed above are usually my go-to translations.
LOL sorry for the long response to a quick question. 🙂
I like the Cotton Patch, I sometimes find myself laughing through it…
Cool. Yea that one’s hilarious
Usually default to NKJV. But I use about 20 different ones onmy Bible apps, etc.
